He deploys small, low-token-bandwidth, single-purpose brood clones (one job each — e.g. equity watch, house-clean scope check, CI gate pulse, ship-blocker scan) under a tight concurrency cap. Fat multi-role clones are forbidden. CHARLOTTE remains main character / default PM+I.T.; NATASHA remains ecosystem + external security (equitable peers who self-balance). KALI and YELENA remain scoped house cleaners. Brood always watches the whole field; XAVIER steps in to reassign, team-up, spawn a mutant, or force rebalance when a monitor fires.
